Of course a man like Kanysh Imantayevich who loved his people, could not change his principles, and tribalism and regionalism were alien to him. This is confirmed by his modesty at the meeting with Winston Churchill, a famous British Prime Minister-Minister. When W. Churchill met a Kazakh of heroic statue, he inquired:
- Are all Kazakhs as tall as you?
- My people are above me, Kanysh Imantayevich answered modestly and with dignity.
But the fact remains: Bayanaul district is really rich in personalities, which can be safely called pioneers in their field.
