The history of independent development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is inseparably linked with a name of her founder and the First President — Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev.
The main attention is paid to N.A.Nazarbayev's political biography which is given in a historical retrospective of drama and ambiguous events and the processes accompanying development of Kazakhstan at a turn of the XX-XXI centuries.
