Physical Anthropology, which was created on the basis of Pavlodar Pedagogical
Institute. Here they plan to start the first study of the anthropological

As it was reported by the press service of the
institute, the main aim will be to study of the anthropological finds from the
archaeological sites in Kazakhstan. “The main goal of laboratory research is to
study the anthropological image of the ancient population of Kazakhstan. The
collection and study of the anthropological finds from archaeological sites in
Kazakhstan. Creating of plastic facial reconstruction from the skull and
holding the paleopathology and craniological analysis of skeletal remains of
ancient people from the graves found in the Pavlodar region. Another important
activity is to train the specialists in anthropology, engaging students in

It should be noted that the international laboratory
of physical anthropology was created on the basis of scientific and practical
center of archaeological, ethnological and paleontological studies of PSPI
jointly with the Moscow Institute of Anthropology and Ethnography named after Micluho-Maclay
RAS.
The students of the Faculty
of Philology and History of PSPI participated in the laboratory works alongside
with the specialists. The population of Kazakhstan is about 17 million people.
